Donga R = Gur Collective ward hunts. Annual fishing

22 some special clay pots used for religion.
23 Shrine gir. Made from spceial sticky mud like clay,
and dug from deep under ground. Each ward must have its
own. During juju men inside, women outside. Drums

27 Used to be a special drum only used to signal death
of old men. Others used to signal war etc.
28 idols put on outside of juju house to mark it. "This
product is for distant trade, people from Western
Cameroon and Jos mission used to go and buy it and take
it to their country or town, and mostly for local use
and trade."
40 Juju head made in dry season - rain must not touch
it else it will loose its owers.
59 Play jujus appear during weeding and harvesting of
maize - and will chase women and children.
65 Smiths bury the dead! Children of smiths and their
